When you register to attend our conference, apply to be a speaker at our conference or when you contact us via e-mail or contact form, you provide us with your personal details like name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, and your photo in case you are a speakers.
The data can be shared with other PyCode Conference organizers listed on the conference website.
After you buy a ticket to the conference we need to verify your identity when you participate in the event.

In case of the GDPR audit of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), your data may be made available to them.
In the event of a data breach, violation of the law, or if required by law, we may disclose your information to the judicial authorities, and we will contact you in this case.

Data we collect about the confrence attendees during the registration process is going to be deleted no later than 1 year after you provided it.
Names, bios and pictures of the speakers will be displayed indefinitely on our website in the archives/past editions section unless the speaker has other wishes. Presenations on our confrence are recorded and later uploaded and stored indefinitely on our youtube channel. Speakers have a right to be removed from the recordings.
